Law Breakers

The world knows the laws.  It knows the rules.  It is bound by the law of sin and death.  People apart from Christ are going to and fro, from job to home to bar to bed to gym ad infinity.  All of them obeying the law of sin and death, slaves to sin, slaves to ritual, slaves to appetite.  Earning and it's not enough, eating but never satisfied.    But here we are, the law breakers.  Free from the law of sin and death.  Servants of a good master, a kind friend, not slaves of desire.  Today is a good day to break the rules.  Today is a good day for a Lawbreaker.

I forgot how good it feels

Doing the work of an Evangelist means you get to go various places and pray for people you've never met, which means that when you speak a word over them, there is a pureness to it.  You don't know their back-story, how they got there, or anything like that, you only know what the Lord is telling you to say to them.

Yesterday the tables were turned and for the first time in a long time some one was speaking a word over my wife and I.  And it was from the Lord and it was good, and it enveloped my soul and this morning I feel like a new person.  I forgot how good it feels to be on the other side, to have the Lord single you out for encouragement.  I'm thankful today that there are ministers out there still listening to the Lord, still unafraid to be full of the Holy Ghost.

I pray today that He'll send some one to you that will speak something into your spirit, and that you can share a secret moment with the Lord.

Blessed be the name

There have been times that I thought I was on my own and the Lord showed up and rescued me, and other times I waited for the Lord and He did not answer.  I guess some times when we struggle we have to be as content with a non-answer as we would be with and answer.  Maybe when we're looking for rescue, it's because we know what we should be doing, and it's not His help we need, what we need is to do what we know to do.
